10 with 5: #9 Anything stuffing

Last night was my mum's birthday. We didn't have a big celebration, but relative always come by anyway, so we did some cooking. I baked a cake, which I will post about later. I also kept with 5 ingredients theme for the challenge and made a salad-like mixture that could be used as stuffing. I wanted to stuff shells with it, but I didn't realize that I was out of big ones. Then I tried rolling it into smoked salmon. Tasted great, but it kept unrolling. Then my mom suggested I hard-boil some eggs, and do it deviled-eggs style. That did it.

Yields about a dozen servings.
1 avocado
1 medium horse radish
2 medium tomatoes
1 tbs of dry onions
1 cup of crab sticks

Pit and peel the avocado. Then chop.

Do the same with crab sticks.

Chop up your horse radish, very finely.

And the tomatoes.

Mix everything and sprinkle with dry onions. You can use fresh ones as well. I like the aroma of dry onions better.

Let stand in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes. Tomatoes will give off some juice that will rehydrate the onions.

Now stuff whatever you like (but not turkey). Here are my eggs.
